The Pricing policy hereby extends the terms and conditions. At “E-Quest Consultants Pvt. Ltd’’ we have a defined pricing model according to the services rendered by the “Consultants”. The details are provided to you beforehand according to the effort, efficiency, and output of the service.
The Website may update/amend/modify the Pricing Policy from time to time. The ‘’User’’ is responsible for checking the Pricing Policy on a timely basis to remain aware with these terms.
We have graded our consultants into five categories based on their Experience, Knowledge, Education, Professionalism, and Performance on the app.
We have drafted a pricing table that will provide you with an in-depth idea of the services rendered through different modes of communication. We have categorized it accordingly:

In regards to starting a project with a Consultant, Go to the Consultant’s Profile Page > click on ‘Start a Project’ option & Submit your details. Once submitted, the Support Team will get back to the user with commercials based on the scope of work and timelines of the project.
In terms of disputes, kindly refer to our dispute policy for further information. The emphasis is on early identification and resolution with fair consideration of all sides of an issue or problem.
In regards to taxes, a GST of 18% will be applicable on all wallet recharges. After the deduction of taxes, the remaining amount will be added to your account.
In regards to the balance in your wallet, if you would like to withdraw the balance, please contact the support team.
After recharging, if the recharge amount is not reflected in your wallet within 24 hours, kindly contact the support team.
You can always check your recharge history in the app. In case of any discrepancies, you can contact support to resolve your issue.
