Yes. You can be a consultant on the app and still get help and consultation on other aspects which may not be your area of expertise.

What should I do if my call gets disconnected with the consultant during the call?

Call consultations are billed per minute. If you get disconnected during a consultation call you can always call the consultant again if he/she is online and continue the conversation. If the call was disconnected due to low wallet balance, you just need to recharge your wallet and call the consultant again. In case the consultation is incomplete and the consultant is not online at that time, you can chat with the consultant and check when they will be available again.  You can also raise a dispute for a refund if you are unable to connect with the consultant and the consultation was incomplete or can get in touch with our support team.

If the consultant is online it would barely take a minute to connect with the consultant provided, he/she is not already on a consultation call. It&#x27;s always recommended to chat with the consultation before initiating a call.

What if I am not satisfied with the consultant or the consultation? Do I get my money back?

Yes! You can always dispute the conversation with consultant and ask for a refund. Once you submit a dispute request our support team will review the call and if the support is not up to the mark the money would get refunded back to your wallet.
